SWEP Globally
• Advise and support in strategic matters regarding acquisitions and cost-savings
• Assist Chief Financial Officer and senior management team with the strategic planning process
• Act as a project leader both in finance and other business areas
• Run the monthly and quarterly forecasting and business review process including pre-earnings package preparation for submission to Dover
• Lead the annual budgeting process for the operating company and effectively present the plan
• Lead continuous improvement activities for improved operations of the Finance Team
• Responsibility and development of the FP&A department
• Set the guidelines and procedures for FP&A department
Qualifications and experience
SWEP International are looking for an individual with a Finance Degree or MBA with at least 10 years' experience in an international finance position, preferably within the production industry. It is crucial that you speak and write English fluently.
