Scandinavia, but especially Sweden. The position spans 
both customer support, sales and marketing, and you will 
also have tasks around product design and development. 
Your responsibility will both be to help new customers buy-in 
to our solution, onboard these new charities and to make 
sure existing customers are happy and get the most out of 
the product.  
Specific tasks that you will perform 
• Onboard new customers 
• Sell BetterNow to new customers 
• Write and send newsletters 
• Provide support and help to customers 
• Help charities get the most out of our product 
• Attend seminars and events to learn about the sector 
and meet customers 
• Collect customer feedback to help form product 
decisions 
• Minor administrative work around e.g. invoicing and 
translations

customer person to being a more focused sales and 
business development role, as our team grows and 
specialises.

Essential requirements : 
We're looking for someone who can empathize with our 
users and our team, who knows the value of good 
communication, and who is interested in constantly learning 
and taking on more challenging problems.  
You will have a relevant masters degree from a business 
school, social sciences or humanities. We don't expect you 
to have substantial experience in neither the charity sector 
nor with customer sales or care. But it is a strong plus if you 
have had work experience with customer contact over either 
phone or email.  
You will be a general IT super user. We expect you to solve 
most IT related problems on your own and to use IT actively 
and proactive in order to automate your own work and give 
you leverage in your work. Basic HTML skills are a plus. We 
expect you to have strong written and oral communication 
skills in Swedish and English. Our company language is 
English.  
As part of our interview process, we'll ask you to do a few 
exercises, discuss customer care and sales, as well as tell 
us about your past projects and experiences.  
Geographically we expect you to be located in the Øresund 
region or Stockholm. Either way you should expect frequent 
travel (bi-weekly) between the two regions.  
If you live in Denmark or in Sweden is not very important to us. If help is needed to arrange the working/living situation in Denmark, we will of course assist in the way we can, but the main responsible for this will be with the applicant.
