Publiceringsdatum2015-07-21Dina arbetsuppgifterThe overall responsibility is to promote and facilitate the successful implementation of the group wide program for sustainable improvements, DBS (Danaher Business System), focusing on areas as quality, delivery, cost and innovation, securing that the site meet the policy deployment and KPI targets.
• Using Lean tools and change management skills, you will facilitate continious improvements at the site in Karlskoga.
• Analyze the potential in the business and in close cooperation with the site management develop the roadmap for the way forward and monitor the progress.
• Activly lead the daily management reviews and also group reviews.
• Conducts both formal and informal trainings in methods and tools, as well as coordinate exernal DBS trainings sessions.
• Within the DBS organization you will have an assigned area of responisibility where you share knowledge with other sites.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
To successfully manage this position we belive that you have:
• A degree of Masters of Science in Business or Engineering
• Extensive operational experience
• Proven record of successfully working with process improvement and change management
• Developed business sence
• Technical background and knowledge of various manufacturing process technologies
• Extensiv exprience in working with Lean or similar tools.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Documented leadership experiance
• Excellent skills in both spoken and written swedish and english.
Your have high interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and inspire others. You effictivly cooperate with employees from multiple disciplines and you are able to communicate at all levels in the organization with an educational approach. You are structured, organized and have a personal drive to acheive and go beyond set goals.
