• Comprehensive understanding of how to leverage large datasets and build simple and intuitive performance follow-ups to improve sustainability decision-making in a business setting.
What do you bring?
• Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Science or similar discipline.
• 5-7 years proven experience working as a senior data analyst, preferably within the sustainability and reporting field.
What you'll be doing day to day
You will be responsible to assess and share Ingka's sustainability performance against our People & Planet Positive strategy goals and commitments including developing performance follow-ups for decision making forums. In this role you will play a key role in the annual reporting cycle and bringing subject matter expertise to ensure accurate and relevant data is provided to the Annual ESG report.
More specifically, you will be:
• Responsible to produce performance follow-ups for the highest sustainability decision making forums within Ingka and coordinate the analyses behind performance.
• Managing the performance framework that ensures a holistic overview of Ingka's performance in reaching our goals set out in the People & Planet Positive strategy as well as the impact on people and planet.
• Following up and highlighting country and organisational (i.e. Retail, Centres, Ingka) level performance by illustrating areas of improvement and finding dependencies between sustainability efforts and performance.
• Playing a key role in the country and organisational goal setting process for our sustainability key indicators and working with Strategic Topic Area teams to set the right ambition level.
• Contributing in securing the inclusion of sustainability performance indicators into other performance follow-up tools to ensure that sustainability is integrated into the business steering.
• Highly involved in the annual reporting cycle and bringing subject matter expertise to ensure accurate and relevant data is provided to the Annual ESG report.
