Your responsibilities
As a Support Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring a premium customer experience in the field of charging. Your responsibilities include setting up and integrating support processes for depot charging on a European scale, collaborating with internal stakeholders, developing support systems within Scania, and continuously improving customer support.

You should have knowledge of hardware and software support, as well as experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
