Job Description
In the role as Supply Chain Operations & Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing H&M Beauty's supply chain and logistic needs in current business as well as for future expansion for both Private label and External brands.
You will secure excellence in total Supply Chain operational performance and lead further development in close cooperation and alignment with all relevant supply chain stakeholders such as H&M's supporting functions in Global Logistics, Supply Chain Strategy, Business Tech and Brand Services as well as our team at H&M Beauty and the local Sales organizations. We see stakeholder management as an essential part of this role.
Main assignment and responsibilities, but not limited to:
Based on mapping of internal warehouse capabilities and mapping of supplier structure set preferred flow of goods and overall strategy for H&M Beauty to drive growth and profitability, to enable expansion of the H&M Beauty concept in identified markets
Identify & define constraints/opportunities together with internal stakeholders to secure preconditions for efficient supply operations, follow-up and secure the execution of market-relevant plan.
Secure flow of operational performance from end-to-end perspective as it is defined by respective set of KPIs/PIs within given geographical scope.
Own and drive the development agenda for Supply Chain and Logistic related initiatives for H&M Beauty
Support optimal supply methodology (stock levels, order frequency, order planning, product pressure, seasonal variations etc.) and forecast in close cooperation with Assortment and Controlling.
Be first point of contact for Global supply chain for Beauty supply related topics
Secure business experts in relevant areas and develop the team to deliver on set objectives
Set clear objectives with monthly reviews and measure progress on own KPIs
Monitor and report on brands and competitors supply chain and logistics initiatives as benchmark, and take appropriate actions
Ensure suppliers and brands compliance with agreements
Qualifications
Have a university degree in logistics, economics or other relevant background and worked at least 5 years with logistics/supply chain with a track record of delivering excellent results
Experience from logistics/supply chain from FMCG or the Beauty industry is very meriting
Find it easy to connect with others. You are strong in stakeholder management and can take the lead in a room
Have the capability to build fact-based business cases in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders and find win-win-solutions within the supply chain
Confident in leading different projects simultaneously
Have Excellent presentation and communication skills
Contribute with high energy and drive, inspiring both teammates and stakeholders
Always strive to reach goals and are confident to make independent decisions

Additional information
The assignment is a permanent position to start as soon as possible. You'll be located at the H&M Beauty head office, Jakobsbergsgatan in central of Stockholm.
