Euro Diagonstica facilitates development of safe and efficient drugs and optimal treatment of patients by providing cutting edge technology assays. Offering versatile assay solutions to pharma, biotech and CRO customers, Euro Diagnostica is an optimal partner in drug development from the exploratory phase to and beyond clinical trials. We also provide clinical labs and physicians with tools to aid in diagnosis, prognosis, monitoring and treatment of inflammatory and related diseases.
Operations at Euro Diagnostica is a 35-person strong function, comprising production and supply of over 100 different products. In our efforts to continuously improve the supply chain performance we are now searching a Supply Chain Manager.
Main responsibilities
The Supply Chain Manager is accountable for supporting the Euro Diagnosticas strategic goals through effective and efficient management ofsupply chain processes meeting customer requirements. In this role you will develop and implement strategies to effectively manage the different aspects of the supply chain including planning, sourcing, procurement, transport, warehousing and distribution whilst assuring supply, quality, service levels and cost effectiveness for direct, indirect materials and sub-contracted services. This means bringing people together and leading change, designing and implementing new supply chain concepts, planning and executing projects with major impact on performance and competitiveness. The position reports to VP Operations and you will be located in Malmö.
Qualifications
You have an M.Sc. in engineering or business, focused on supply chain management or similar. You have at least five years of business experience in planning, operations, logistics or the equivalent at a managerial level from a change driven manufacturing company. You have solid understanding of integrated supply chain and logistic concepts and financial monitoring of all logistics and production processes. You are familiar with the process from purchase to pay, use of ERP-systems, implementing planning/forecasting systems and with a solid understanding of financial reports. Experience of IVD or Medical Device environment is meritorious.
You are a very good communicator with a strategic mind-set. You have management skills, show passion and energyand you bring energy to those around you. At the same time you are a pronounced team-player. You understand the interaction between processes, organisation, culture and technology in the whole value chain. You see opportunities rather than limitations and are able to navigate and drive changes successfully on all levels of the organisation.
