Main responsibilities
• Team lead for a small Supply Chain team
• Process owner of mill production planning
• Supply & demand balancing of pulp supply from Skutskär to our customers globally in close operation with Biomaterials' sales team and customer service center
• Close cooperation with mill's external warehouse operator and Stora Enso logistics
• Customer and supplier relationship management
• Chain of Custody reporting
• Coordination of wood ordering process of the mill
• S&OP and production planning process development
• Supply chain development projects

The position will report to Senior Supply Chain Director, Biomaterials.

Requirements
• Relevant university degree in business or engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in supply chain, customer service, operations or logistics
• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish is mandatory. Other languages are considered as a merit
• Good MS Office skills
• Good knowledge on SAP APO & SD modules and Honeywell Optivision considered as a merit
• Knowledge on pulp industry considered as a merit
• Strong leadership and change management skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and willing to take responsibility
• Ability to assess business cases and create scenario analysis
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility and ability to handle stress
• Experience in project management

Location: Skutskär
The position requires travelling in Europe.
