The Supply Chain Coordinator role situated is within the Product Lifecycle management group, which is part of Logistics department. The Logistics department is made up of 25 employees and within the product lifecycle group there will be a team of 5 staff following the recruitment. Hence the position is open to complete the team in the product lifecycle group.
A major part of the activities will be carried out within projects (including development projects); you will be involved as a participant in projects for supply chain activities and also aspire to be a project manager in the future.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will:
• Represent the product lifecycle team in new product projects. # Participate in projects (new product projects) # Act as interface for the logistics function during project participation. (for potential impact of activities within the logistics department) # Co-ordinate the supply of raw materials and components within the scope of the project o
• Manage supply queries from Manufacturing & Technical Operations (M&TO) related to the product assortment.
• Be the change leader for Change Control (CC's) jobs related to changes requested or required to the product assortment. # Develop strategies related to the change controls being managed to ensure the most efficient implementation. # Ensure that an overview of the impact assessment of changes can be presented as and when required. # Ensure that the logistics department is kept informed of the impact of relevant changes that will affect their activities. o
• Create new items for product implementation into the Q-Med item database system.
• Implement new materials into the Q-Med item database system (raw materials, packaging, labelling).
• Ensure that product data within the Q-Med item database systems is current and up to date (e.g. PIM numbers, AS numbers, M3)
• Manage full scope of implementation/configuration for existing products into a new market.
• Follow up of the Regulatory Status for product assortments (QMS-3637)
• Maintenance of the approved list of products from the regulatory department for use in logistics
The Profile:
You will preferably have an engineering degree with sound experience within logistics or a fast paced production environment. You will be proactive in pursing issues and finding pragmatic solutions when required. The roles also requires the candidate to take initiative and anticipate varying scenarios in order to ensure supply demands are met in a timely manner, you will also be keen on developing leadership skills, be highly organised, have excellent time management skills and be meticulous in your approach to pay attention to detail when required.
This position requires proficiency in both Swedish and English (oral and written communication). Experience of managing change controls in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment and working within the Q-Med M3 ERP system is an advantage.
