With a head office located in Stockholm the company is responsible for Renault sales in the Nordic region; Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland together with Renault Finance Nordic. To our Nordic distribution warehouse, located in Borås, we are now looking to recruit a suitable candidate to the below position.Supply Chain Control and Process Development, Aftersales Department, Renault Nordic ABJob description:To generate, monitor and report company KPIs and finical reports. Assure stock accuracy and availability on stock. Suggest corrective and proactive solutions for process improvements.In this position you will have many different points of contact daily, both internal and external. You will be supporting and training the supply chain team with statistics and logistics expertise. Work with sales team in Kista to set the best forecasts and supply chain strategies. Central, experienced functions will be your support, guidance and target setters. Externally, you will need to establish good relationships with warehouse provider, local suppliers and vendors. This is a full-time position based in Borås. Main responsibilities:· To create, maintain and report all required statistics and financial reports connected to related job activities as and when required.· Analyze life cycles of the Renault spare parts to forecast demand and supply together with the supply chain team to prevent overstocking and running out of stock.· Support and train the supply chain team members when needed. Suggest improvements to ensure budget fulfillment.· Ensure stock accuracy and align stock picture with 3PL supplier.· Plan and conduct stock counting, excess and dead stock cleansing with 3PL-provider.Education & Experience:· Documented higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain or Industrial Economics.· A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in similar position (procurement, supply chain controller, etc) is a requirement.· Experience of working with a third-party warehouse provider is an advantage.· Project management is not mandatory but seen as an advantage.Knowledge and skills:· Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.· Previous working experience from a supply chain management system (for example A/S 400 or JDA Supply Chain, SAP) is desirable.· An analytical mind and the ability to see the big picture whilst not losing sight of the fine details· Language skills - Fluency in Swedish & English is a requirement. The ability to speak, write and understand French is an advantage.· The ability to identify problem/improvement areas and propose and drive through solution plans· A certain amount of travelling within Europe and the Nordic Countries is to be expectedTo succeed in this role, you need to be structured, analytic, driven and creative in finding solutions. The job demands a high level of flexibility and ability to prioritize a wide-ranging workload, whilst retaining a high level of customer focus and attention to details.Furthermore, you need to have a high level of communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills.
