Publiceringsdatum2018-11-15ArbetsuppgifterTo simplify and streamline temporary employment in the City of Helsingborg, we use the system Vikariebanken. Through the system, departments can quickly book temporary substitutes when regular staff are gone. As a temporary worker, you specify which days and times you are able to work. When the need for a shorter vacancy arises, you are directly booked through the system via either email, SMS or in the Vikariebanken App.
Vikariebanken within the School and Recreation Administration includes schools, preschools and after-school centers.

KvalifikationerYou will work as a cover teacher, student assistant, class assistant and/or preschool class assistant depending on your level of education, experience and interests. We are currently looking for candidates that have completed education from Barn- och Fritids or equivalent upper secondary education. It is a merit if you have some work experience working with children, preferably from a school environment. Since we work in an international environment, it is a requirement to be strong in English, both verbally and written.
You are a strong team player and have the ability to work collaboratively with co-workers as well as students and parents. You communicate proactively; support and care for others and openly communicate self-insight and easily create relationships with students. You have strong interpersonal skills and adapt quickly to new environments. In your role as substitute you will take initiative to make the school a place where students thrive.
The recruitment process will be conducted by The International School of Helsingborg (ISH) but Vikariebanken will manage the employment contract and the introduction needed for new employees.
PLEASE NOTE that Interviews will be conducted by ISH on Friday 30th November.
