For AstraZeneca, we are now looking for two sudmission associates. The assignment is within Global Regulatory Affairs and Patient Safety. The mission of this department is to proactively and optimally apply knowledge, strategies and operation to make the most meaningful difference to patient health through the development, registration and safety surveillance of medicines across their life cycle.
Preferred starting date is 2013-06-03. The assignment is full time for six months with possibility for extension.
Publiceringsdatum2013-05-06Dina arbetsuppgifterIn the role as Submission Associates you will perform work and submission publishing activities in databases and publishing tools (ISI publisher, eCTD Xpress, ISI toolbox) and indexing approval information in the Submission Lifecycle Information Management database.
Your major responsibilities wil be:
• Adhere to all AZ processes, checklists and procedures
• Proactively seek information and assignments
• Support all products and projects with compilation/publishing activities
• Ensure regulatory submissions are navigable to comply with AZ's submission-ready standards
• Comply with all AstraZeneca policies, AZRA and cross-functional procedures
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a university degree or relevant equivalent experience.
As a person you aree thorough and detail oriented. You are patient and can work according to process document as you will be responsible for your own task as well as for the long term objectives of the department. It's highly appreciated if you are proactive and selfgoing.
