We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of a global electronics brands exclusive store at Nordiska Kompaniet (NK) in Stockholm this fall. This isn't just any store - it's a meticulously designed space where technology meets elegance, offering an immersive brand and product experience that delights all senses. With natural materials and a focus on design, the Samsung store at NK promises to be a destination like no other.
Who Are You?
We are on the lookout for exceptional individuals to join our team. You are someone who:
Has experience in managing high-performance teams
Understands that KPIs are key for understanding the store's performance

Understands that stellar customer service lies in the details, from store layout and product knowledge to human interaction.

Your Role
As the Store Manager you are key player in the store at NK, you will:
Coach your team to thrive for excellent performance
Weekly reports of the stores performance
Maintaining an efficient schedule for the store
Be responsible for recruiting and maintaining an efficient team
Deliver top-notch service to every visitor.
Drive the store towards achieving its goals.
Implement and maintain impeccable store routines and structures.
Upholding the project's visual and conceptual standards.
Manage inventory efficiently.
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
