Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our new store in Malmö. Reporting to the Retail Manager in Sweden you will be responsible for the overall store performance including the following tasks: Monitor and increase Sales ? - Review rates and ensure we offer the best exchange rate regarding our competition: - Monitor competitor's rates on daily basis and report to the Revenue Management team ? - Follow up the store revenues, communicate goals and objectives to the team and support cashiers to achieve their goals ? - Maximize daily foreign exchange revenues: ? - Be aware of exchange rates applied by surrounding competitors ? - Optimize FX stock: monitor stocks levels of foreign currencies according to the forecast ? - Organize and participate in events to promote our brand (Community activities and cultural events) ? - Organize the visit plan and participate in the "hot spots" visits Customer's Service ? - Monitor that an effective and quality service is offered to Customers at all times - Store Organization and Control ? - Organize the shifts of the team according to the volume of activity (seasonality) - Ensure the store internal and external appearance is attractive to the customers and according to our brand guidelines ? - Monitor team performance and keep them updated of new procedures ? - Check daily reports and perform the necessary administrative tasks: timetables, Holidays, bonus and store balance and shortages
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated an excellent performance, Sales orientation and positivism. This person needs to be able to communicate effectively at all levels, be team players, and have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (a third language such as:spanish, french, arabic, philipino, bengali and urdu, thai, romanian and polish is a big plus). Also a good command of MS Excel.
