Stena Line On board Services is a fully owned subsidiary to Stena Line Scandinavia AB, an international freight and travel company and one of the largest ferry operators in the world. Stena Line On board Services mission is to function as the purchasing function within Stena Line and to develop and deliver company-wide concepts to be implemented onboard all our 38 vessels across Europe. As data maintenance specialist you are part of the team and function OBS Support. You are responsible for developing tools and processes enabling a centralized OBS approach across business regions.

In addition to this, your main responsibilities will be:

Data maintenance for all articles in our system.

Continuously monitoring new and existing articles.

System setups regarding customers and suppliers.

Setting up and correcting discounts and offers.

Ongoing operational development of processes and routines.

Independently lead a number of business projects.

Manual ordering.

Close cooperation with category manager, revenue manager, purchasers, logistic foreman and managers onboard.

Customer Support, both internal and external.

Qualifications and Personal Profile

As a person you are hungry for learning and by this add value to the business and your personal development. You enjoy working in a fast paced and future oriented environment and are passionate about getting the best for your customers. You are driven and work hard to exceed your goals. You need to be structured but at the same time be able to do many things simultaneously. You have at least a couple of years' experience within customer support and data maintenance and know the value of teamwork, but can work individual with excellent results at the same time. It's also a requirement that you handle and understand systems very easily and can fast adapt to new routines and processes.

Furthermore, you have a service oriented mindset, both regarding internal collaboration and customers and know the importance of good communication.

We expect you to have very good knowledge in Excel and be fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. It is preferable that you have worked with JDE, Charm or similar systems.

Position and location

The position is a temporary position of 10-15 months. Start date will be discussed. Your base will be in the office in Malmö and you will report to Group Costumer Service Manager. The role might contain some travel.
