Job Description
This job contributes to SSP?s success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job deploys partners and delegates tasks so that partners can create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Best of all, you'll help your team create a welcoming environment. Starbucks is consistently rated as a great place to work and the people here love what they do. The Starbucks store opening and closing hours will vary between 03.00-23.00 seven days a week so you must be available to work between these hours.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
