hela Sverige We are looking for an Accounting Assistant who loves numbers and to give the best service to our suppliers and store sellers. Join our Shared Service Center and be one of our fantastic colleagues.
We offer you
The Shared Service Center is part of the Finance Team based in Mölndal, and manages areas such as supplier invoices and accounting of sales transactions for several Kappahl companies. As well as working in the operation, with areas such as supplier invoices, sales transactions, manual vouchers and account reconciliations, you will also support the business with various analyses, ensure that Kappahl are aligned with tax and accounting regulations and be engaged in developing processes.
To carry out this work, you will have ongoing contact with other departments within Kappahl' s global organization. You will also work closely with your colleagues in the finance department as this position requires ability to work both independently and in team.
Your competence
We think you have a degree in business administration or similar. You also have previous experience working within accounting and are used to handling larger transaction flows. You have good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. You are used to work in ERP systems, preferably in an international context. It is an advantage if you have experience of Jeeves, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Windows Office, especially Excel. To be successful you need to have an analytic mindset, be solution oriented and used to structured data/information. Of course, you speak and write both English and Swedish fluently.
