About the position
As a Manager for the Endpoint connectivity team, you will belong to the Global Network Connectivity Organization - consisting of Architects, Service Managers and Network Specialists.
You will be overall responsible for leading and managing the onsite teams of Network specialists, located in Sweden, Finland and US. This includes providing direction, technical guidance, and motivation to team members to ensure they perform at their best. You are responsible for setting goals for the team, aligning the team with SSAB's strategy and values. Develop and follow-up performance and agreed KPI's. Together with the team develop, deliver and maintain best common ways of working within the LAN area, Lifecycle management and with other teams.
As Manager for the Endpoint connectivity team, you will be responsible for creating a good safety culture and good working climate. You will also have the overall responsibility of creating development plans for the team, both on individual and team level. The team today consists of ten team members with the potential of growing in the future.
Main responsibilities
Responsible for the teams work environment, both physically and psychosocially.
Represent the employer towards the employees and their trade unions as well as our customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Plan, prioritize and manage resources to develop profitability for SSAB.
Finding and implementing the best way of working for the LAN area (Endpoint connectivity).
Budget plans and cost follow up.

About You
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
Have experience and interest in how to build and develop teams.
Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize, execute and follow up tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Relevant knowledge and experience in Cisco enterprise networking solutions in order to be able to provide technical guidance to the team.
