Then you might be the person we are looking for as Specialist Qualification Customer Support to BMW Northern Europe.
In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
In the role as Specialist Qualification Aftersales you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective qualifications measures within the electric mobility offer for the whole customer support team on retail level, within the Northern European markets. Your focus will be on Qualification logistic planning for technical and non-technical training for the Dealer and Service Only Outlet employees in Northern Europe. This, for example, include:
• Securing all Qualification requirements on High Voltage Technicians and High Voltage Experts.
• Ensuring that all trainers and facilitators that take part in the training sessions are certified and qualified on High Voltage technology.
• Expansion and further development of the technical training offer in the Northern Europe market incl. modernizing content and formats.
• Supporting Strategy and Business Team on the road to sufficient Workshop capacity by implementing matching training / qualification measurements.
• Conducting annual Dealer Training Needs Analysis to define the development need based on Retail HR measurements.
• Working in cooperation with the market specific Technical Talent Scout in order to establish and develop relationships between BMW Group Northern Europe and local Business Schools and follow up on establish apprentice programs to guarantee sustainable recruitments.
You will report to our Manager Qualification and Retail HR and be based at our Northern European headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden.
Pre-Requisites for the role:
The person we are looking for have several years of experience from the automotive industry and has a common understanding of automotive technical engineering, especially within high voltage technology. Further on you probably have a bachelor 's degree within engineering, economics or similar. Experience from technical training, or workshop management, preferable within Aftersales, is highly meritorious.
As a person you have great project management skills and thrives in a role with many points of contact. You are structured, self-driven and have a great interest in the latest technology. You are a true team player with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
You need to be fluent, both written and verbal, in English and ideally in one Nordic Languages
