About the position
In collaboration with your colleagues in the MBC Sales Support team, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient order-to-delivery process. The process covers all steps from productions slot allocation up until final deliveries. Our SAP sales and logistics system, telephone and email will be your tools. You will maintain a close working relationship with our dealer network, as well as with internal & international colleagues and suppliers. The role is vital to our future success, and you must be able to maintain the high standard of quality required by a premium automotive brand.
This is a fulltime position located at our Swedish office at Dockan, Malmö.
Your main tasks will be: Ensure production quotas are fulfilled and factory deadlines met Monitor order process and undertake appropriate actions to ensure correct vehicle configuration in collaboration with other departments Monitor delivery process and logistics suppliers including but not limited to PDI arrival and services, onward transport to dealers, lead times and service levels Support dealer network and other external and internal parties with information regarding stock, production slot allocation, order and delivery Perform vehicle invoicing Supplier invoices - control and authorization. Ensure that all accounts payable/supplier invoices are handled promptly and costs allocated on appropriate account
About You
We expect you to have experience of working in a coordinator or service role, preferably from the logistics/automotive industry. Experience from the automotive retail area is highly valuable. As a person, you are structured and customer oriented while having the ability to grasp and handle complex information simultaneously. You have excellent communication skills and are an experienced IT user, preferably with knowledge and experience of SAP or similar logistics system. We require that you are fluent in Swedish and English, as we have many international contacts. You are able to see the full picture and enjoy working in a dynamic environment in a collaborative way. On top of this, you are driven and used to work proactively.
