We are looking for a stellar Supply Chain Management professional, with a passion for luxury lifestyle brands and great coordination skills. Your role will span across the full supply chain: from raw materials, manufacturing and packaging, over logistics and stock management, to finished products and their delivery to the end consumer. You will work together with the Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager in close collaboration with our sales, marketing and operations teams. This is a full-time position based in Stockholm. Recruitment is ongoing and we are ready for you to start straight away.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in sourcing incl. procurement of ingredients, packaging and suppliers, for both existing high-end nutritional product lines and new products under development
• Assist in production planning, coordination and supervision to ensure timely deliveries according to set targets
• Documentation of workflows and processes related to our supply chain
• Maintain and develop internal supply chain management systems
• Perform supplier audits in close collaboration with our regulatory & quality team
• Identify new suppliers according to Simris standards, build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers
• Coordinate logistics across the entire supply chain, from manufacturing, packing, retailers and e-commerce, to end consumer delivery (including import/export processes, customs documentation etc.)
• Inventory management of multiple warehouse locations
• B2B orders management
• Logistics management of trade shows, events, representation, etc.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
• Relevant business degree with 3-5 years experience in supply chain management, coming from the luxury sector and/or other end consumer product industries, with the highest standards of quality, design and customer experience at heart
• Excellent coordination skills and the ability to handle very complex and cross-border supply chains with tough regulatory restrictions. And paperwork? You love it!
• Passion for detail and consistency. You are the kind of person who considers typos the epitome of embarrassment and feel personally offended by a label print in the wrong hue
• Strong feeling for sensory experience and design, and aptitude for translating intangibles and abstract values into physical experience
• Very high IT proficiency and ability to work in a highly digitalized environment, including extensive remote teamwork
• Team player with a strong win-win attitude, able to build trustful long-term relationships both internally and externally
• Strong communicator in speaking and writing. Excellent English language skills are mandatory, additional languages a bonus
• You value aesthetics very highly. You love arts and fashion, and understand trends and pop culture
• You are decisive, energetic and value-driven, with an agile skillset suitable for an entrepreneurial and fast-growing company
