• Identify test scenarios, formulate product test plan
• Write scripts for automated testing using Python
• Further develop our automated test environment
• Perform tests on system level including network management systems
• Prepare test setups in a lab environment
• Debug along with hardware and software engineers
• Review requirements, industry standards and manuals
• Verify compliance to standards (ITU, MEF, IETF, IEEE, TNF, etc.)
• Work with SDN (software-defined networking) and protocols such as TCP/IP, Ethernet and OTN
• Evaluate and develop test methods and tools to increase test efficiency and coverage
Education & Experience Necessary for Success:
• Master's degree or equivalent education
• Experience within testing and programming is an advantage
• Flexible, innovative and driven
• Structured and thorough with analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Highly motivated team player
• Driven and willing to take own initiatives
• English, written and spoken
