Job description
Location: Sweden ( Stockholm )
Responsibilities:
The research of software platform direction, development and trend
Collect and analyze the service and platform requirements of the Tier 1 operators
Collect and analyze the development and trends of the platform technology
Collect and analyze the moves of industry and competitor
Build medium term and long term technology planning and roadmap
The design of the telecom software platform architecture
Take charge of the key technology research and design of platform, architecture, performance and solution for telecom product especially HA&OAM
Lead the design of value-add platform, software and hardware decoupling, open architecture with open operation system, open source, and fast integrate 3rd part service component
Direct the improvement project, perfect the performance, optimizes the main processing procedure
Innovate and defined the next generation HA&OAM framework, convergence of mobility and fixed
Qualifications:
More than 15 years telecom background in a well-known equipment vendor
More than 10 years direct RND work experience within the design of platform and architecture, HA and OAM framework
Master the telecom industry, including the requirement of Tier 1 operators, mainly competitor moves, and sensitive insight on trend of software platform technology
Familiar with the knowledge of application ready platform and COTS solution in the field of telecom domain.
Familiar with the open platform and the organize such as SAF; SCOPE; OpenSAF etc.
Wide social relationship with the European technical resource, including the experts from the venders, operators, universities and the academic institutions
Others
Fluent English speaking and writing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work skills within a multi-cultural team
Business trip
Business trips internationally.
