Arbetsuppgifter/Utbildning/Erfarenhet
Baker:
The jobholder is responsible for consistently producing a wide range of quality breads mainly pita and arabic bread, special breads and baked goods from the approved raw materials to the standard chef specifications.May be designated according to specialty.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares and makes quality productions as per the agreed specifications and approved recipes
• Follows schedules and production plans by the head chef .
• Follows the restaurant standard hygiene and health practices at all times by ensuring work area is always clean, organized and safe for food production
• Assists and suggests, according to his experience, to the chef in controlling costs and wastes by means of effective and efficient use of materials and production levels
• Maintains the highest

Chef/Cook:
• Having knowledge in all kind of food preparation, salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
• Deep knowledge in arabic kitchen mainly Syrian.
• Sharing with Menu development, food cost, and should be able to keep records and accounts if chef is not on duty
• Candidates should be able to handle serious duty, food prep & maintain high hygienic standards.
• Also should be able to lift high objects.
• They also should participate in checking of all purchased supplies for quality and account for each delivered item.
Ready to work in shifts and long hours
Skills
• At least 5 years of experience in the Kitchen

Cleaners:
Be able to handle all type of kitchen cleaning
Responsible on toilets cleanless
Floor hygien up to the restaurant standards
Helping in moving heavy items if needed
Helping in store
Responsible on cleaning the dust on items
Ready to work for long hours
Know how to deal with washing machines
Fast and effiecent in cleaning during accidents on the ground floor
Removing garbage
Sourting garbage according to the swedish standards
Smily face and cheerful.

Receptionist/ Cashier:
• Take customer orders at the counter
• Receive payments and present change to customers
• Pack food items. If needed
• Function as the host/hostess of the restaurant
• Make reservations for customers
• Receive food checks from waiters or customers
• Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours
• Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
• Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period
Helping waiters if needed during rush hour.
Resposible on all displayed food items and collabrating with chef
Helping in cleaning tables nd items if needed
Ready to work for long hours
Skills
Good knowledge in new cash machines and programs

Waiter/ Waitress:
Job Description
Coordinate with Cashier / greeter ( hussein)to ensure optimal utilization of dining units.
Welcome and greet guests. Make all guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them.
Introduce the menu.
Coordinate with Barista to serve welcome drinks.
Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
Answer questions about our food, beverages and other items if not included in menu( special )
Take food and beverage orders from guests, manually or electronically if available
Deliver food from delivery truck/ central supply and bar to guests in a timely matter.
Update, Add and Delete orders on the handheld POS system.
Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.and the chef's given orders.
Maintain clean service areas. Mainlly tables and chairs plus all decoration materials.
Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests. Manage delays.
Prepare final bill, present check to guest, handle accept payment cash, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.
Be ready and willing to assit barista and cleaners with clearing and resetting tables.
Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Skills
Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 12 hours).
Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently.
Be able to help disabled people in thier movement and setting

Barista/ Barman:
Prepare beverages as per the orders from the waiters/guests and serve to the waiter/waitress within standard preparation time. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all preparations. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation. Prepare garnishes for drinks and beverages, as required. Wash and sterilize glass wares, working place & refrigerators. Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages. Clear and reset the work area. Opening and closing duties must be followed including thorough cleaning of your section .Maintain cleanliness in all areas of your work station including display shelf, utensils, counter area and storage areas. Follow standards for merchandising, stock rotation and storing of all products, maintaining professional presentation at all times. Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to the Chef. Assist the restocking and replenishment of beverage bar inventory and supplies.
Assist in making shesha if available during working hours.
Will be guided by the chef if needed .
