hela Sverige We are looking for a Service Owner MS 365 for Polypeptide with a special focus on productivity tools.

The company has production facilities in Sweden, USA, Belgium, Switzerland, France and India with its head office located in Zug, Switzerland.
After having gone public in 2021, now listed on the SIX, Swiss Stock Exchange, they are seeking to strengthen their Global IS/IT capabilities with someone for the position of Service Owner in the Global Services & Operations team with a particular focus on MS 365. This is a role where you will contribute with your expertise in securing an architectural overview and operational delivery to ensure global maintenance and development of the services and projects.
Global IS/IT is a global organization dedicated on supporting the business with everything from strategy execution to operational delivery. As Service Owner MS 365, you will be an essential part in a team, building the foundation for Polypeptides services.
You are a hands-on technologist with advisory skills and an eye for business value creation. You enjoy interacting with the Business focusing on usability and want to drive the Digital Workplace transformation journey.
The position is based in Malmö but your responsibility will be global. You report to the Manager - End-User Services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Global implementation and adoption of best practice solutions in Microsoft 365 through change management, training and end-user communications, specifically within Collaboration and Productivity i.e. SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Office applications, Video Conferencing, Intranet and Public webpage.
• Participate in projects to develop of related solutions such as Intranet, Document Management systems and other relevant tools and applications.
• Driving change and development with your portfolio of service offerings. This includes defining roadmaps and aligning them with the overall global IS/IT roadmap.
• Responsible for managing MS365 process & services throughout their entire lifecycle, this includes governance, driving and securing service maturity and service enhancements with partners, service providers and internal colleagues.
• Deliver a clear description and definition of the service and its added business value, ensuring compliance with both internal and external requirements.
• Developing and reporting on SLA metrics and KPI 's for services.
• Report on the investment roadmap for the service, including deliverables over time, expected outcomes and business impact on above metrics.
• Stay current on developments within the MS 365 space, providing recommendations on ways to automate and deliver services more efficiently.
• Carry out configurations and secure good execution by Servicedesk in the MS 365 processes.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES AND COMPETENCE THAT ARE MERITORIOUS
• An academic degree in any related field or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of professional experience from a similar role within MS 365.
• Experience in working with outsourced IT service delivery from either side (customer/supplier).
• Previous experience working within an international matrix organization is an advantage.
• Previous experience working within life science/pharmaceutical is a merit.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Fluent verbal and writing skills in English. Knowledge in Swedish is meritorious.
