Department Description
Manufacturing IT Husqvarna Brand Division is a new department. The departments responsibility is to manage all IT activities related to Manufacturing globally within Husqvarna Brand Division.
Position/Job Description
This role is accountable for end to end delivery of IT Support to manufacturing business within Husqvarna Brand Division, communicating and implementing service strategy.
The Service Owner act as a trusted partner and advisor towards business with regards to the Global IT Service, to provide recommendations and to drive value-added initiatives for customers which are using the IT Service.
In this position you will be manager for a team of IT Service Engineers located in Sweden and Poland. Therefore it is important that you have the ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
Key responsibilities
• Ensure the daily operation, maintenance and support of the services are well managed and bring value to the business.
• Secure that the IT Support is delivered according to agreements with business (SLA/KPI based)
• Participates and reports IT Support service status in business forums.
• Ensure the development of the service towards the IT Support services strategy.
• Line manager for a team of IT Service Engineers including setting up and deliver a robust process and way of working covering on-site support and on-call support according to business needs.
We are looking for
• +3 minimum years' experience of working within the manufacturing domain and by that gained proper understanding of needs in manufacturing business when it comes to IT Support and operations.
• Fluent English and a good level of Swedish, preferably fluent.
• Understanding in and experiences from working with IT Support in an environment with high level of automation.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Academic degree.
• Experience from leading people.
• Management style supporting individuals to grow and be innovative.
• Structured personality.
• Experience from and willingness to work in global and distributed team.
