Service Manager - a customer and service oriented engineer position

Jeppesen is looking for a person with a good blend of social and technical competencies who enjoys problem solving and has a strong customer focus and the ability to switch fast between tasks. You will work together with colleagues from every corner of the world and be part of a team where your ideas are valued and your development is an integral part in our success.

You will be responsible for operational matters for customers using our world-leading software solutions. Your areas of expertise will be within our web based product Jeppesen Bid, which allows airline and railway crew to influence their working schedules through entering their personal preferences. Your task is to assist our customers' IT department solving incidents, develop the customer's implementation as well as building a good relationship and proactively assure that they get the most out of our software.

Typically you have:

• Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 1-3 years of working experience.
• prior experience from Java, JavaScript, application servers and databases is an advantage as well as experience from customer relations or support
• fluent in English
