Are you our new Service Delivery Manager?
Do you have a broad experience from working within service provider governance, service support and follow up within system and application management? Maybe you have managed the the operation of a financial system? Or are you currently working with service management at a service provider? Then you might be our new Service Delivery Manager at Scania Financial Services (SFS).
Our department is in the midst of a digital transformation with the aim at strengthening our attractiveness in the market as an integrated part of the Scania offering. By harmonizing our way of working, along with a customer-centric approach, we are developing business solutions that can support all our products/services across our markets.
Your role:
The role Service Delivery Manager is relative new within SFS. Therefore, part of the responsibility will be to form the role and ways of working together with the stakeholders and colleges within the Service Management team. The work is on a global level and our environment is in constant change and we build and shape as we run. You will be working and leading virtual teams and resources within different parts of Scania and our Service Providers. This to enable the co-creation set up and iterative way of working that is part of our new set up within SFS.
Here is some examples of what you will do:
• Shape and lead the tactical and operational governance including follow up of our Service Providers.
• Perform incident process quality assurance and drive continuous improvement.
• Secure that service reports and metrics are periodically supplied to business units and other internal stakeholders.
• Participate in handover from service transition program and ensure delivery of outsourcing contract, establishment of SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive our problem management process.

Furthermore you have
• Leadership skills to build confidence and act as a thought leader to build and drive change.
• Strong communication skills in order to build momentum and trust to the process and solutions being built over time.
• Knowledge and several years of experience within system and application maintenance and development.
• Strong skills within service support and related processes.
• Experience in IT management, preferably from Scania IT.
• Fluent in English both oral and in writing, additional langue skills will be seen as an advantage
Other details about the position
The job offers international contact with our Finance companies. This also means that you are expected to travel from time to time. In this position you will be reporting to the Head of Service Management at Scania Financial Services. You will be located in Södertälje, Sweden.
