At the department Diagnostic tools we work on developing the diagnostic tools for the entire Volvo group (AB Volvo). You will be given the opportunity to work with the latest techniques, within Microsoft .Net and Java platforms, with applications developed for different devices, PC and handheld devices. Our services are today being used by over 35000 users all over the world. Working with diagnostic tools means that you will be working in a global environment in global teams.
Service Delivery Manager
We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be responsible for the Global Diagnostic Portfolio. The Global Diagnostic Portfolio includes diagnostic applications within DtR. The applications are used by dealers all around the world. Today the portfolio consists of Tech Tool, VCADS Pro, VCADS Pro AE, TTCaps, TTUpdateInfo and TT Db. NAMS, Remote Workshop Tool, RAMS, DriverInterview, Baldo Local and Embla will be included in the future.
Today the main application in the portfolio is Tech Tool/VCADS Pro. Tech Tool is used for diagnosis and programming of vehicles and machines for dealers of VTC, VBC, VCE, Mack Trucks, Renault Trucks and UD Trucks. Tech Tool has 36 000 active users and is installed locally on the mechanic?s PCs. Currently we are building up a Code Centre within the portfolio to be able to manage all requirements from different projects affecting the portfolio like SWTD (TEA2+ support), TARA and Bridgeplan. When the code centre is in place the Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for around 50 resources. The team is placed in Sweden, Brazil, Poland and the US.
Your profile:
You are a self going driving force with high social competence.
You like structure and are solution oriented with a holistic view. You have:
• Experience from leading staff in a cost-, efficiency- and time target environment.
• Work experience as a high level maintenance manager or
equivalent
• Interpersonal skills
General qualifications and skills:
• Academic qualifications within the relevant field
• Communicative team-player
• Leadership skills
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
