Job description
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Ensure efficient resource planning and steering of all dedicated technicians
• Prioritise open work orders within defined company rules and guidelines using standard times and expected driving times (bundling to reduce driving time, priority scheme, etc.)
• Ensure work orders have been set up for all incoming jobs
• Check regular material availability, order additional supplies as required to ensure all regular materials are available when required
• Stock management
• Ensure effective internal communication of technician's activities
• Inform customers about planned activities at the sites
• Ensure all completed work orders contain all necessary documentation (maintenance works)
• Review maintenance reports after completion
• Report availability to HQ
• Prepare availability reports in the ADM with the support of lead technicians
• Implementation of service notifications to affected wind farms
• Quality reporting (Q-notes)
• Signing technician in/out to the turbines (MOT status)
Job requirements
Education and Qualification
• You should hold a formal qualification in Technical Services or another relevant industry with recognised training in Service Scheduling.
• You should have at least two years' work experience of workload planning or as Service Technician for wind turbines.
Beyond the above you will have the following skills:
• Managing complex systems & processes
• Result orientation
• Teamwork & collaboration
• Systematic problem-solving behaviour, trouble shooter
• Excellent communication skills in interaction with internal and customer contact persons
• High level of service orientation
• Competent with MS Office, SAP and planning tools
• Fluent in Swedish and English
