Aktivitetshuset contributes to make IKEA a great place to work by providing meaningful leisure time that strengthen Älmhult as a great place to work, live & visit. We inspire to meetings and network between people and get people moving by providing a great and unique wellbeing- and health offer. We want to reach more and new co-workers with an accessible and seamless health and wellbeing experience. Aktivitetshuset is owned by the IKEA staff foundation - Personalstiftelsen in Älmhult - which all IKEA companies in Älmhult are represented and part of. IKEA Älmhult AB is supplier to IKEA staff foundation and responsible for operating and developing Aktivitetshuset.
As a service co-worker you will contribute to an excellent operation of Aktivitetshuset providing a great customer experience, always with health & wellbeing in mind. You are a part of the Aktivitetshuset team, welcoming and supporting our co-workers and customers to an open and welcoming house and restaurant where to meet, connect, have a fika and recharge.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Operate the facilities connected to Aktivitetshuset including coordination of meetings and events, both physical and digital.
Create, coordinate and update information and communication on webpage and social media.
Support and operate the reception and the kitchen cash flow and all other facilities related to Aktivitetshuset.
Run and coordinate activities that contributes to function assignment, objectives and actions in connection to IKEA health & wellbeing offer.
Make sure all co-workers and customers are welcome in an open house and gets a feeling of sense of belonging.
Service-minded and hospital in all contacts and hybrid ways of meeting.
Make sure internal routines and ways of working are in place, updated and revised if needed including documentation.
At any time, act as an ambassador of IKEA culture and values.
This is a part time job during day time and evenings/weekends, located in Älmhult, Sweden.
