As Service Account Manager, you will have an integral part in ensuring that our client stay on top of the market and continue to enrich and simplify the consumers' lives.
About the role We are looking for an Service Account Manager that will take the responsibility for the service network for our client's Mobile products. The Customer Satisfaction organization is a strategic part of our client's business and responsible for delivering service and support for all electronic products on the Nordic market. In the position as Service Account Manager your main responsibility will be to establish and support the service network handling all Mobile products in Sweden. You will also be the main after sales contact for out client's major dealers and channel partners. Here is a great opportunity to make a difference!
Tasks and responsibilities include:
Responsible for liaising with service centers that are supporting Mobile products
Service vendor management including contract negotiations and follow up of KPIs
Monitor and continuously plan for optimization of the service network in Sweden
Implement service routines and policies at service centers and resellers
Follow up of relevant service KPIs and report progress to headquarters
Handle aftersales dialogue with dealers and channel partners
Work together with the sales organization and support with after sales issues
Drive projects and activities that will improve the Customer Satisfaction & NPS
The position further involves traveling mainly within Sweden and the Nordics.
This is a 6 month consultancy opportunity, starting as soon as possible. There are great possibilities for an extension.
The profile We are looking for a candidate who has a genuine interest in consumer electronics and customer service. You should have the ability to find new solutions to complex problems and be able to handle
a fast pace workday and enjoy working in a flexible and diverse environment. You should also be end-customer oriented and responsive to their issues.
Electronics Degree, Engineering Degree or similar
Minimum 5-10 years' experience of working with similar tasks
Experience from working in international companies with many stakeholders
Good understanding of the chain of sales and production is preferred
Fluent in Swedish and English
Knowledge of MS Office applications
