What you'll do
Work closely with product teams to identify research topics
Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes
Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs
Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as surveys, interviews and workshops
Work cross-functionally with design, product management and engineering while contributing to the evolution of the UX capability
Who you are
BA/BS in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Experimental Psychology, or a related field
3+ years experience in applied product research
Knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis, and statistical concepts
Knowledge of a set of qualitative and user-centered design methods
Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
Excellent communication skills, ability to connect in a authentic way with diverse professionals
Lifescience, biotech and/or pharma experience a plus
