Reporting to GM Technical Architecture Europe HC Digital, this senior position is responsible for guaranteeing Technical Architecture team can provide high-end expertise for project delivery, incident management, service request and pre-sales activity. Main objectives:
Management of the resource request and scheduling process and tool
Contribution to expertise development and capacity management, together with team leaders
Contribution to the team strategy and plan for action
Essential Responsibilities:
Be accountable for the resource request and scheduling process, including operational mechanisms. Make sure that the team meets its OLA for efficient expertise assignment. Constantly look for improvement and tuning. Regularly communicate and update requestors on the process, forms, procedures etc.
As part of the scheduling process, assess quality of the requests raised and drive for rigor and quality
Take in charge the request scheduling tool and manage all requests based on agreed OLA. Guarantee that this tool is correctly maintained, make sure that overall performance of the tool is effectively delivered to the team, make proposal for improvement as needed (new versions, enhancements...)
Take in charge resource scheduling conflicts and look for resolutions. Escalate to team leaders when needed. Look for root cause, mitigations and improvements to avoid request scheduling conflicts
Regularly update team on rigor and compliance (time reporting, mandatory trainings etc.) and monitor completion
Together with Team Leaders and Function Development Leader, contribute to constantly improve expertise of the team. Contribute to team capacity management
Maintain and improve skills and expertise matrix and tooling
Collect & analyze team indicators for reporting to management
Qualifications/Requirements:
Good understanding of Healthcare projects, covering technical areas such as Imaging, CVIT, HAC, Data Migration and IT infrastructure
Good experience in Project Management
Very good soft skills: communication, capacity to manage conflicts, priority management
ITIL qualification
Rigor, process oriented mindset
Customer focused with understanding of business needs and constraints
Ability to coach, experience in Talent Development
Bachelor's Degree. IT degree or similar level of qualification
Fluent in English
