Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find a Senior Support Analyst to CSG International.

CSG International is the trusted global partner to help clients launch and monetize communications and entertainment services in the digital age. Their goal is to help their customers generate revenue, maximize customer value, and manage your business more efficiently. The person will be a part of the CSG Assure team which is a market leading software platform used by service providers worldwide to secure the Voice, SMS, Data service quality in the international telecom network. CSG Assure is used by over 150 telecom providers worldwide, including leading companies like AT, Belgacom and Tata.

At present CSG International consists of 3500 employees in total, of which 40 are situated in Stockholm. Their office is located in Münchenbryggeriet, Södermalm, with a beautiful view of the City Hall on Lake Mälaren. The CSG Assure team is made up off 16 persons and consists of support, test, professional service and RnD.

CSG Stockholm is expanding and thus looking for a new talented co-worker to join their Assure team. As a Senior Support Analyst you will assume responsibility for resolving customer support cases; perform analysis in the customer system, work with the customer technical team to resolve issues and develop database queries and reports for the customer. You will also be involved in customer implementation projects performing technical installation and configuration.

The person CSG is looking for has been working in a similar position for at least three years. You have experience of some of the technologies they use: SQL database, Windows server, Linux server, IT network configuration, Virtual server, AWS or Azure. It is preferable but not a requirement that you have experience in technical support for Business Support Systems (BSS). CSG Stockholm works exclusively in English, therefore it is vital that you have excellent English communication skills. Relevant postgraduate degree is preferable but not necessary. As a person you are social, driven and have good communication skills. You are highly analytical, able to work independently and have the ability to take your own initiatives.
