We are now looking for a top performing Senior Storage Engineer to join our Infrastructure Design team. We strive to achieve our targets with top of the line operation and cost efficient production environment. You will, as the Senior Storage Engineer take lead and ensure that we reach this target.
Your place at the table
You will be assigned to important and crucial tasks, functional storage solution is a key factor for the company in order to deliver its services to customers worldwide. You will design, test and implement our storage infrastructure according to roadmap. You are the subject matter expert of storage and will be part of decision making regarding infrastructure and poker system development.
Some of your responsibilities and tasks:
• Own and drive storage roadmap
• Drive storage lifecycle management
• Maintain storage blueprints
Your gaming skills and experience
To be our player you have a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience. You will also need a minimum of two years of "hands on" experience in design, implementation and operation of transaction intensive storage solutions. As our environment is based on Linux we see that you have a thorough experience of managing storage in a Unix/Linux environment. Knowledge and experience from server virtualization is considered an advantage.
