Publiceringsdatum2013-06-11Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Senior Sales Support Associate you will be responsible for supporting primarily the Nordic business, taking ownership of wholesale/retail client support. The role includes preparing, executing and following up on client queries, sales meetings and client events, project management and database and local CRM system oversight. The Senior Sales Support Associate takes on an integral and operational role in product positioning, market and competitor intelligence, being the local link with centrally based competitor and fund analysis specialists.
Your key accountabilities
• Wholesale/Distribution client support: Responding to client requests, preparing information and data, preparing meeting material and messaging, including data compliance administration.
• Client reporting and data provision: Prepare and distribute regular and one off fund and market reports. Ensure that list of regular client reports is up to date. Influence developments how to improve on line reporting and web as an integrated part of the role.
• Client database: Ensure retail and institutional client database is kept up to date, support local team members on using the client systems as well as representing the local business for any initiatives for re or pro actively enhancing the systems.
• Project management: Participate and monitor development of internal and external projects assigned by team or business manager. Ensure that all necessary action points for Nordic region are implemented.
• Competitor analysis: Function as local link into central representatives, to brief in Nordic competitor or fund analysis initiatives with appropriate central teams, ensuring ongoing information flow from central team to local market in terms of competitor and market intelligence. Through tools locally available (Morningstar Direct), support preparation and positioning of specific product initiatives with Nordic wholesale clients.
• Events and administration around activities: Coordinate meeting and speaker requests and send out regular internal activities and opportunities reports, invitations and agendas.
Vem är du?
For this position we are looking for someone with:
• Higher education e.g. in business, economics or science
• Approximately 3-5 years of professional experience from the financial industry
• Analytical approach, but still out-spoken
• Ability to create reports and presentations based on complex financial information, in a manner that supports sales and business targets
• Independent with a hands-on approach, not afraid to take own initiatives
• Well organized and attentive to details
• Excellent command of English and Swedish (spoken and written), a second Nordic language would be a plus (Finnish or Danish)
• Ability to perform to deadlines
• Results orientation
• Good PC knowledge, incl. PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Mature personality with potential to take on expanded/deeper responsibility in the business team
• Social competence and team player
