Job Title: Senior Quality Systems Manager
Location: Uppsala (possibility to work hybrid 3 days office)
Job Description
Galderma Uppsala is looking for a Senior Quality Systems Manager who will be responsible for the Quality Management System at the Uppsala site. You will be responsible for keeping the Quality System updated and continuously improved in order to ensure compliance in all relevant areas of the business.
As a Senior Quality System Manager, you will assure adherence to the quality management system and that products meet the Company quality standards and comply with the relevant government regulations according to the product applicable classification: cGMP, ISO, ICH, GDP or any relevant regulations and guidance. You will develop the Quality process and initiate continuous improvement to ensure business excellence and meet the company's overall objectives.
Key Tasks
* Lead and drive the Quality processes and ensure that all the activities housed in the Uppsala site follow procedures, instructions, regulations and legislations in the area. Meet set expectations of Quality objectives. Review and approve documents in the quality system
* Responsible to monitor and implement regulatory requirements, standards and guidelines into the Galderma Quality Management system
* Process manager for the Risk Management process. Maintenance of the process status report and action plan together with the process owner.
* Coordinator for external inspections; this includes preparation of audits, leading audits, coordinating responses to observations, closing observations and effectiveness check
* Intern lead auditor. Plan and perform internal audits including issuing of audit plans, preparation of audits, leading audits, writing reports, evaluating of responses to observations, closing observations and audits
* Contact person for regulatory requirement surveillance for the quality management system, including responsibility for applicable gap analyses and approvals of statement of implementation (SoI)
Skills & Qualifications
* University degree in Pharma, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or similar
* Professional proficiency in Swedish and English
* 5-7 years of experience in similar role with working experience from medical device and/or pharmaceutical industries.
* Knowledge of both GMP and ISO systems
* Able to work independently and build strong internal networks
