What does a day at work look like?
The role as project manager entails to drive large, business related projects connected to systems and processes. A key part of the role is to drive, motivate and communicate with team members as well as other stake holders in the organization. Typically projects resulting in concrete changes in ways of working for a large employee population. This assignment will also require international travel. The role will be filled as soon as possible, aiming at the coming month.
Who will like it here?
You, who are an experienced project manager and have a history of independently managing successful projects in larger organizations, will be a good fit for this role. A very important factor is your experience of implementing ERP-systemes, especially Ms Dynamics. Your strong drive and determination to success will be an asset in this job. To be successful it is also vital that you have the ability to lead, coach and motivate people around you, as well as communicating both visions and details. You have an outstanding analytical ability, and you know what is essential to drive change management. If you have experience from the automotive business, or Annata IDMS , you will have a head start.
