hela Sverige We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the implementation of sourcing strategy within IT Offshoring and Consulting Services. You need to understand our external strategic partner organizations and their procedures as well as Nordea processes and procedures to ensure that these integrate in a seamless and optimal way. Knowledge of advanced data analytics and strong communication and presentation skills are expected.
You will have an opportunity to drive the sourcing strategy implementation together with our IT unit heads as well as developing and managing the quality assurance towards the suppliers. You will also play important role in monitoring the performance of the suppliers and drive needed improvements actions.
You will in collaboration with the internal organisation as well as towards the outsourcing partners ensure high quality assurance, such as Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service level Agreements (SLA) follow-up. Additionally you will drive the maturity towards a more managed service set-up and implement a solid transition framework ensuring efficient multivendor environment. You will be responsible to facilitate and prepare professional material on relevant topics.
• Contribute to the sourcing strategy that makes the goals set by GF IT within the sourcing area a reality.
• Drive the implementation of the sourcing strategy.
• Act as an ambassador for the sourcing strategy.
• Act as a sounding board to the Global Delivery Centre leadership, within the strategic procurement area.
• Deep understanding IT and business strategy and the impact on strategic partnership.
• Good knowledge of IT processes, technology and understanding of sourcing in relation to offshore/outsourcing set up, governance and related processes.
• Advanced process development skills to project lead implementation of the sourcing strategy to deliver the right solution with a value adding long term benefits.
• Ability to deliver high quality analyses and decision making proposals for management decisions through proper visualization and presentation techniques.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT sourcing in financial sector on either vendor side delivering for a Globally Systemically Important Bank (G-SIB), or on GSIB client side executing complex projects.
• Experience running RFP process.
• Excellent team working skills and good presenting and influencing skills.
• An academic degree (Western PhD is preferred) with a focus on data analytics in the fields such as statistics, data science, economics or finances.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel as well data mining and data analysis skills in Python and/or R. Working knowledge of SQL and MatLab are desirable.
• Fluent English and one of the Eastern European languages (Polish, Russian, Ukrainian or Belarusian) is required. Intermediate knowledge of one of the Nordic languages.
The IT Offshoring and Consulting Services team is accountable for Nordea's Offshoring concept including the Extended Delivery Centres (EDCs) in India.
IT Offshoring and Consulting Services Develops and maintains the Offshoring operating model with the ambition to secure that all engagements are done in a uniform way on a standardized platform following agreed processes and procdures. The goal is to ensure simplicity, compliance and cost effectiveness in the way we work with our offshore suppliers to enable Business IT to focus on deliveries.
