Senior Project Manager Purchasing Automation (PMP)

Vehicle Electrical & Electronics Europe being the Strategic steering line for these Purchasing activities within GTP, organizes a strong collaboration within teams spread across different sites/regions. We are also the operational line responsible for Electrical & Electronics Europe business all along the purchasing process (sourcing/projects/operations/revenue service parts). The team is responsible to drive end to end Purchasing activities whilst securing QDCF-TSR (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability and Risk Management) targets.

In our fast changing world, where the Transport solutions industry is disrupted by some key society and technology trends, we are now creating the Vehicle Automation Purchasing team.

The Vehicle Automation arena is an extremely dynamic one with new players arising every day, from the traditional automotive ones to the software based start-ups. The Purchasing function needs to be on top of this game by scouting and selecting new partners worldwide, capturing innovation that will bring value to our customers and developing new ways of working both with partners and with our internal stakeholders.

The Role
As Senior PMP Automation you will be a key player in the project team as well as within PMP team. You will, in a pro-active way, drive and follow up the Purchasing part of the project according to the development process and deliver the Purchasing project on time with agreed quality, cost, features and technology, sustainability and risk (QDCF-TSR).
