The Vehicle Development Projects department has the responsibility for project management, vehicle architecture, requirement management, product structure and vehicle data for Vehicle Engineering Gothenburg. We are organizing and building a high performing department and are now taking a step in strengthening the team by recruiting an ambitious and experienced Senior project manager to work as PME Vehicle (Project Manager Engineering).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following main activities and deliveries:
• Manage the project deliverables
• Manage the total project cost
• Create and manage the project time plan covering all activities needed to ensure a fully verified and validated product including functions (HW/SW).
• Drive and take part in developing the requirement specification
• Secure Advanced Engineering integration
• Manage vehicle architecture including extended vehicle

Required Skills and Qualifications
Required
• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Profound knowledge in project management methodologies with proven ability to manage projects in complex and global environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with various stakeholders
• Fluent in Swedish and English, French is a merit.
Beneficial
• Currently holding a Senior PM position is a merit.
• PMP certification or corresponding project management certification is a strong merit.
• Experience in TEA2+ architecture, android development and connected services (soft products), which also includes central IT systems is a strong merit.
In order to be successful in this position you need to be a team player with an open and creative mindset, interacting through a broad network. You possess good communication skills and are able to encourage project team members as well as report project status in steering committees and management teams. You are comfortable communicating within project teams as well as across the organization's key stakeholders. You are driven to deliver according to set targets and agreed timeframes and have good ability to work both in project teams as well as individually.
