We are recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer in our Sustaining & Product Development Services department. In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by project management and sustaining activities. What makes this role unique is:

You Bring Your Skills and Experience
As we grow bone conducted solutions business, we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

You have Engineering Degree or Engineering Certificate from a technical field.
You stand on a good knowledge base within common manufacturing methods' basic knowledge in mechanics.
To be considered for this position you need minimum of 3-5 years experience of similar tasks.
CAD design expertise, preferably in ProEngineer/Creo.
Experience of project management, project coordination or project engineering.
Knowledge in common manufacturing methods.
Knowledge in common measuring and test methods.
Fluent in Swedish and English with good writing and presentation skills.
As a person you have an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
You are a communicative team-player with a talent for working methodically and to find creative solutions.
Ability to apply rules and procedures according to situation.
Ability to take actions to achieve organization's objectives.
Ability to take personal responsibility.
Ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefits for Cochlear's customers.
A responsible attitude to working safely and building the safety culture.
A commitment to lifelong learning and development.
