About the role
This is a central role in our quality strategy. You will be working with both software and hardware, and you will execute most of your work within the issue detection and pre-study areas.
We use different sources of data and information (i.e.: telematics, warranty, market reports, Technical Support, our dealer net, our brands, etc.) to identify quality issues and prioritize them according to their impact to our customers and our business. After that we prepare pre investigations containing technical details about the failure modes and their business impact. Next step is then to support the Product Owners in securing that appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Our typical goals are to identify important quality issues and protect customers as fast as possible. Hopefully we can find and mitigate those even before they become evident to the customers.
