This role primarily focuses on the acute care adjacent space products critical to supporting the overall medical beds offering. The range includes hospital beds for developing markets, birthing beds, pediatric beds, bedside furniture, stretchers and examination couches. Also covered are the related accessories that are designed to support and assist the resident/patient and the caregiver.
ArjoHuntleigh products help to reduce fall risk, improve pressure area care and promote resident/patient independence and comfort.
Working in close collaboration with team colleagues, this role is focused on further developing and expanding the total solutions focus for Medical Beds & Room Solutions and its customer centered desirability.

In this role you will be responsible for the Medical Beds & Room solution Product Category from a holistic approach (cradle to grave) in conjunction with senior management and key ArjoHuntleigh stakeholders
As Senior Product Manager you will also:
• Develop and own the Product Strategy for the Category.
• Deliver 5 year Product Roadmaps relevant to Hygiene - Bathing Product Category. In extension of the Product Roadmap, establish a 6 - 10 year vision.
• Own the scoping and delivery of product requirements of Medical Beds & Room solutions into all R&D Product Development Projects, OEM / Distribution Projects and any other inorganic growth projects.
• Deliver strong business cases through thorough analysis of markets, pricing and competitors
• Based on customer needs, develop firm and clear value propositions as guidance for product development as well as key messaging and story for the product launches
• Be passionate about satisfying customers by building world-class teams and processes.
• Communicate to and build constructive relationships with all relevant internal and external parties, suppliers, opinion leaders and customers.
• Perform all activities in compliance with relevant Quality System standards and maintain post marketing surveillance information.
• International travel and interacting with other business cultures is an inherent part of the role - developing relationships in key markets is critical
The position is located ArjoHuntleigh Headquarter in Malmo and requires driving license and traveling on global basis.
We believe that the right candidate has:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Engineering, preferably a Master's degree in business, Marketing, or life sciences.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into products and solution in collaboration with Segment Marketing and R&D
• Proven track record bringing market leading new products, services and solutions to market.Industry/sector experience (Medical Devices, Health Care Products, Technical Health Products, or Pharma) If you have experience of marketing or selling in medical devices industry that would be ideal.
• Good communication skills in English.
A successful Senior Product Manager is likely to be a self-motivated and pro-active person with high energy and strong ability to get things done. You have a natural ability to influence and drive collaboration from multiple areas of the organization to achieve timelines and expected level of quality. Strong business acumen, customer insight interpretation and market knowledge is key for this role.
You are competent at leading projects involving cross functional teams and global markets and possess ability to develop excellent cross-functional working relationships.
Last but not least you are capable of developing, presenting and gaining approval for key product strategies at Senior Management level.
