Adecco is looking for a Senior and Global Onboarding Expert to our client within the automotive industry located in Torslanda!
About the role:
To attract and retain talents is an important factor to be competitive in today 's fast paced market place. In the role as a Senior Onboarding Expert you will lead the efforts in global process development of Onboarding and Offboarding areas aligned with international business needs. You will be responsible of develop a positive onboarding experience to new employees enabling our client to become an Employer of Choice by 2020.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Lead the efforts in global process development of Onboarding and Offboarding areas aligned with international business needs to provide a positive experience for people who join and leave the organization.
• Facilitate and support in developing formal recommendations on requirements and in detailing business requirements, scoping, and solution possibilities.
• Ensuring effective implementation of the onboarding/offboarding tools and solutions across countries.
• Contact with stakeholders across project teams and regions
• Bring in the industry best in class practices
About you
You have an academic background and a degree within Human Resources and/or Business or equivalent. You have a solid background in executing global processes and working in a global team and you are fluent in English, both in speech and in writing. Furthermore, you have experience in global implementation of HR processes and tools as well as specialist knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition area, specially in Onboarding. You as a person have high integrity and professionalism with strategic and analytical thinking. With your previous experience, you are a person who is passionate about developing people and have a broad understanding of people processes. You are also a person with strong communication and cooperation skills who is business and performance driven. Furthermore, you are structured, well planned and self-going.
Crucial for this position is:
* University degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent
* Specialist knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition area and specially in Onboarding
* Experienced working in international and diverse environments
* Ability to use the English language freely in speech and in writing

About the employment
The position as Senior Onboarding Expert is a consultant assignment with start 21st of August and will initially be on going until 13th of November. For the right person, this assignment could be extended.
