hela Sverige As Lab Supervisor you will set up new and maintain servers and test equipment for projects and software/test development. This on a global level.
You will also support installations in field and perform field tests if needed and be responsible for the server room, following the guidelines, rules, and safety that applies. You will be part of test team that integrates and tests solutions that includes several subsystems.
Key responsibilities
Setup and maintain Software & Test development servers and systems e.g.: Servers for virtual machines, Jenkins, Git/Gerrit, and Virtual Machines for test,
Build and maintain servers. (HW)
Plan for maintenance and new demands
Network management '
Setup and configure test equipment such as servers, computers, screens, network, etc for projects
Prepare new test equipment needed in new projects
Document the test environments / test equipment used
• University degree in engineering
• Knowledge and Experience of:
• Server installation
• Installation and configuration of Linux OS
• Virtual machines
• Network (TCP/IP, routers, firewalls, etc.
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English, Swedish is an added value.
