About the position as a Global Marketing Communications Manager

In that case you might be the next Senior Global Marketing Communications Manager for Ascom. In this role, you will be managing a small team to develop a cohesive, strategic marketing plan to amplify marketing awareness, understanding and interest for the Ascom brand, Ascom ICT Solutions as well as business initiatives. Encouraged and motivated to hone your skills and capabilities in line with business requirements, you take responsibility for monitoring and analyzing program effectiveness, while continually defining and adjusting strategies and tactics to achieve key metrics.
Moreover, having a global scope you outline the program including all elements of the digital channels, content plan, global campaign calendar and required budget and resources required to launch campaigns. Together with a tremendously ambitious and competent team you develop campaign concepts while planning, developing and deploying global awareness. In this role, you will report to Head of Strategic Marketing & Communications.

To be able to deliver results and meet set goals in this role, you should be an experienced, results-driven B2B marketing professional with 10+ years of diverse and extensive technology marketing experience. Your degree in Business Marketing coupled with the experience of building global, integrated marketing campaigns for a B2B technology company, has provided extensive commercial awareness. You possess excellent skills to converse and work with executive management in both Swedish and English - oral as well as written. Your ability to effectively work in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams helps you motivate your team members and moreover complete projects against set deadlines.
