We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Artist to join our new midcore studio in Stockholm. You will work in a small, dynamic game team with the mission to create an awesome new midcore game for mobile.
Your role within our Kingdom
You will join our growing team and work on an awesome new midcore game for mobile. You will work closely with other artists, producers, game designers and developers as part of an experienced team, where both your technical skills and creative vision will help shape King's expansion into non-casual games.
Skills to create thrills
You are highly creative with a true passion for games
You have proven experience of creating appealing characters and/or environments
You know how to create polished and distinct gameplay assets
You have great concept art skills with a good eye for composition and colour
You have excellent command of the Adobe CS package
You are able to proactively deliver artwork to the target device
You've previously worked in the games industry, ideally creating midcore and/or mobile games
You have excellent communication and organizational skills
A portfolio demonstrating all aspects of your skill is required.
Tasty bonus skills
Skills in Maya or other 3D software
Knowledge of technical constraints, optimization and implementation
Interest in visual and interaction design
Experience working in an agile project environment
Skills in animation and special effects
