hela Sverige As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and financial development of Damco's product portfolio covering Supply chain solutions, Ocean freight, Air freight and Warehousing. You will deliver planned levels of new and additional business from targeted and existing customers.
• Accountable for business development through the sale of Damco Products to New Customers.
• Accountable for delivery of Additional Business and Contract Renewal targets for the assigned customer portfolio.
• Developing customer relationships with decision makers on all levels.
• Accountable for a seamless and timely transition of customer management from the Commercial team to our Operation teams.
• Supporting the resolution of Commercial and Customer Service Office reported customer issues, including interventions with customers to resolve escalated issues.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and an excellent customer experience.
We believe the ideal candidate has:
• 5 years+ in a customer facing sales role, ideally within the logistics industry.
• A strong understanding of Supply Chain- and Freight Forwarding solutions.
• Solid Swedish market knowledge.
• Great relationship building skills.
• Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning large opportunities, through both personal and collaborative selling efforts.
• Well-developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Fluency in the English and Swedish language.
The work also requires that you are self-starter and performance driven. Of course, we believe that you have a genuine interest in creating and doing business with the Customer in focus.
